Cant download magazine, when I try to do so I am told each time to reopen the app

Im having the same problems as other readers....keeps telling me to reopen the app. Cant read the issue I bought. Enjoy my money...
Very frustrated. Will not allow issue to download. No apparent feedback to cries for help. I appear to be out the $$
This is the best magazine on American history. So happy it is finally on iPad. The layout is beautiful and formatted specifically for viewing in the iPad. Hopefully we will see more interactive features and embedded videos in future issues.
